This beginner-level class will introduce you to the foam roller, a prop that aims to challenge your core, and introduce you to new mobility variations. Maria leads this mat class utilizing standing Pilates exercises before moving to the mat.
Class duration:Approx 45 minutes
Upon completion of Equipment Level 1, 2, 3 and 4 you are eligible to sit your Equipment Pilates Certification exam. The final Equipment exam consists of 2 components being a practical exam and a theory exam.
