Express Pilates with the foam roller:
This class uses the 90cm foam roller to target spine mobility and to strengthen the abdominals and upper body. Class duration: 29 minutes
Express Pilates with the weighted balls:
Using weighted balls for resistance this class is a whole body workout. This class will challenge your control and coordination. Class duration: 30 minutes
