Take part in 5 different online Pilates matwork classes from the comfort of your own home delivered by APPI Physiotherapist and Pilates Instructor Sophie Contreras. These Pilates classes are perfect as an additional learning resource for budding Pilates teachers. The online Pilates mat classes include beginner to intermediate/advanced repertoire taught by an experienced physiotherapist and Pilates instructor.
5 Online Pilates mat classes:
- Introduction to beginner Pilates matwork
- Intermediate Pilates matwork
- Advanced Pilates Matwork
- Mat class with the soft Pilates ball (improver to intermediate level)
- Mat Pilates class with the theraband (improver to intermediate level)
All classes are approximately 40 minutes in duration.
