Using the theraband and balance pads join APPI Master Trainer and Physiotherapist Sarah Chambers in this intermediate matwork class. Balance pads are traditionally used to stand on, but this class uses them in other ways to challenge stability, control and to challenge the micro adjustments that occur to maintain balance. The theraband will add upper limb strength and assist in the direction of movement.
